Sempai Caleb has trained for 10 years at Zahand’s Martial Arts. Along with karate, he is varsity in soccer, cross country, and track. He is also a student ambassador at his school, holding a 4.0 GPA. When he is not busy with sports, he enjoys playing video games and spending time with family and friends. Caleb is a member of the EUSAIMAA Hall of Fame, a national champion in both kata and kumite, and holds the long jump record at his old school.
Caleb’s love for karate started at a young age where they were asked in 1st grade to do a project where they explain what they want to be when they grow older. His response was to be a karate teacher. He is proud to have made that dream a reality and is currently working towards his 3rd dan black belt and his Sensei-ship.
He loves karate because is gives everyone of every background a home and opportunity to be themselves. Along with the joy martial arts brings him, teaching the students is one of his main reasons for sticking with karate all these years. Sempai loves being a part of ZMA.
